Relevant information is provided below:
1. Prize winners are requested to present their staff identification card upon prize claiming at the Office of the International Vice President, Taipei Campus, during working hours, from 1:30 p.m. on February 3 through 5:00 p.m. on February 5, 2026 (before the winter recess).
2. (Post winter recess) Starting from February 24, 2026, prize claiming can be processed during office hours at the winner’s respective campus:
– Taipei Campus: Office of Vice President for International Affairs
– Taoyuan Campus: General Affairs Section, Taoyuan Campus Administration Division
3. All foreign national faculty & staff are required to submit copies of their Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) and passport. Please submit the copies to the Office of the International Vice President, or email scanned copies to chiya@mail.mcu.edu.tw by February 5.
4. For inquiries regarding prize collection, please contact Office of Vice President for International Affairs (Ext. 2531, 2532, 2533).
